How does Machinery Pilot work?
We gather and process existing historic repair records to build a comprehensive knowledge foundation via API or automatic CSV imports in our system. Our AI framework captures and curates tribal knowledge, preserving critical service and breakdown insights not found in manuals and scaling these insights across the organisation. Each client gets a dedicated WhatsApp contact that registered team members can access, making knowledge instantly available and continuously improving the knowledge base based on feedback and real-world outcomes.
How do we get started, and how long does it take?
Request a demo through our website, and we will guide you through the setup process. You get connected to our AI platform within 24-48 hours, and full implementation, including a dedicated company WhatsApp account, typically takes 2-4 weeks. Can I use it on my personal phone?
Personal phone usage depends on your company policy, as the permitted mobile numbers assigned to a client's WhatsApp account are set in the system's user dashboard, meaning that only authorised mobile numbers can contact and receive responses from the dedicated organisation's WhatsApp account.
Do I need training to use it?
Not really. Field engineers, operators and technicians can contact Machinery Pilot's AI assistant like they'd normally contact their supervisor or peers.
